Turns out the beef between Gagamel boss, Bebe Cool, and the Ghetto President, Bobi Wine, is far from over.

Following a highly ridiculed TV interview at NTV last night that left people on Social Media wondering whether Bobi Wine is ready to become president, Bebe Cool has jumped on board to mock Bobi.

Bebe Cool who got a clip from the show posted on his Facebook page saying that the host Patrick Kamara should have been a bit more accomodating with Bobi by asking simpler questions.

“Happy women’s day to you all but Mr Kamara you wont go to heaven because the GDP is of the OTT certainly because impunity kyaligonza economy’s freedom young people.” Bebe who has been in Rwanda at a youth conference posted.

This was followed with many comments from fans from both camps fighting.

In addition to this Andrew Mwenda came out on twitter earlier today to say that Bobi Wine did not do the interview justice.

He tweeted; “This is the real tragedy of African elites. They continually complain that the problem of Africa is bad leaders. Yet when given a chance to select leaders they choose ignorant and idiotic characters! Look at this and tell me that @HEBobiwine represents the future we want!”

We await Bobi’s response.

Last night was one to remember as American jazz saxophonist and songwriter who toured with Whitney Houston for more than seven years and soloed in her single “I Will Always Love You”, the best-selling singleby a female artist in music history performed at Serena Hotel.

Corporates from most companies in Uganda stormed the show to watch the star who was also featured on many Luther Vandrossalbums, most often playing on the singer’s covers of older pop and R&B standards such as “Anyone Who Had a Heart”, “I (Who Have Nothing)”, and “Love Won’t Let Me Wait” do his thing.

But there was a catch, they were all giving towards the rehabilitation of Mengo hospital’s Blood bank.

Kirk did not disappoint as he gave it his all like the star that he is. At the end of the show which was attended by the Katikkiro of Buganda Owek. Charles Peter Mayiga among other dignitaries, Kirk thanked all for coming and commended their good gesture of giving towards charity.

We have highlights from the show that was supported by Stanbic Bank, DFCU Bank, Centenary Bank, Rotary Uganda, MTN Uganda among other corporate companies.

Musician King Saha has been in the news for a number of good and bad reasons.

The good side is that he is one of the few artistes gracing our TVs weekly thanks to being selected for the current Season of Coke Studio Africa.

The bad is that there have been reports of him fighting with fellow singer and mentor Jose Chameleone over a song. Saha claims he wrong Badilisha while Chameleone says he did it all by himself.

Fans even asked Saha who cannot speak Swahili how he managed to write the Swahili lines in the song.

Away from that, Saha gave the Thursday comedy show his all when he was invited to perform. His vocals left fans begging for more. At one time he got off stage and run into the fans as they cheered him and fought for an opportunity to touch him as he performed. We have the photos.

Last night, despite his security and everything else Bebe Cool, a Kamwokya boy on Kiira road showed Bebe Cool the city as it is said these days.

Apparently the singer who must have forgotten to close his car window was in for a big shock when a Yankee jumped in and grabbed his very expensive iPhone.

Bebe Cool lamented on Social Media, probably using one of his many other high-end smartphones saying that he has been robbed.

Thug lucky as he snatches my fon @Kira road traffic lights. Sorry incase u call and no response.

Turns out all the time in the gym couldn’t help.

Sorry about your phone Bebe, we hope the street cameras can provide some clues on who took it.

Roy Mubiru (L) poses for a photo with Cameroon Gitawo

By Our Reporter

Ugandan power lifter Roy Mubiru is living his dream. The US-based powerlifter who has been raising the Ugandan flag high across the globe is set to compete in the World Power Lifting  Association championship taking place this May in Ukraine.

Mubiru who has previously been bankrolled by South Africa based Ugandan socialite Cameroon Gitawo could not hide his excitement after he received a big boost towards preparations for the world championship recently.

President Museveni last week contributed $8,000 (about shs 30M) towards Mubiru’s preparations. This happened while the President attended the Kiboga district youth mindset change workshop where Mubiru presented him with a medal he won at the annual Bay State Open Championships last year, on his way to qualification for the world championship.

In an interview with local media, Mubiru expressed gratitude for the recognition of his talent and revealed that meeting the president is a dream come true for him.  “I have been dreaming about meeting the President and getting recognised for my talent since I started my powerlifting career in 2008,” he noted.

He further revealed that he would not have reached this milestone if it was not for his funder Cameroon Gitawo who came to his rescue in the past. “If I had not met Gitawo to invest in my career, I wouldn’t have come this far. Meeting the President doesn’t come lightly because if I wasn’t a champion, I wouldn’t have met the President but all thanks to Gitawo.” He added.

Gitawo sponsored Mubiru during the RM Power lifting Championship & Cross Fit’ in April 2018.

Mubiru is the first Ugandan powerlifter to ever qualify for the World Powerlifting Championships.

Things are getting heated between Chagga and Weasel Manizo over Mowzey Radio’s unreleased songs that someone is selling to artistes without the proper permission.

According to Chagga, someone disappeared with Mowzey Radio’s phone when the singer passed on in February 2018.

The former manager says that Mowzey Radio used to keep his music on the phone and no where else. The person who took the phone is now releasing the music one and by and selling some of it to others for big sums of money.

Although Chagga didn’t point at Weasel Manizo directly, he said that Weasel could know something about the unreleased music.
